How does your game fit the theme?
My game has 2 ways it fits, firstly you're going against a vampire named Count D. Down, and you're trying to reach him before a countdown ends.

(Optional) What would you like to be called if GMTK features your game?

Hook-shot traversal is always fun! Pretty sure I made it to the end but was a bit unclear, something about a false count?
Think the shotgun could've done with more pushback so you could use it more mid-air to complement the hook-shot more.

The grapple hook idea is sick. And I see the vision. The fact you made this in three days is great.

Having a juicy shooting sound effect that heavier would make the gun gameplay 100% better instantly. Also a hitsound confirm on enemies would be good feedback to player

This is great! The hook reminds me of the Hookshot from Zelda!! The feedback feels great and the art is amazing.

Nice game!

Game is very fun to play, the only gripe if i must say one is that there is a lack of feedback on whether or not a shot lands, the only thing is a little number that appears (if there was something else i have missed it) and since I'm flying around like Tarzan I've got no clue if my stunts are working or not.

I love being able to pull enemies with the grapple and pull myself to the boss lol

Overall Great game i had lots of fun playing after the initial loading that took a sec.

Keep up the great work mate! -Eric

Very fun and fluid control and movement scheme!  I could absolutely see this being a neon-white esque speedrun type of game if developed further.  nicely done!

It's a very enjoyable experience. The beginning was laggy, and you addressed it, I fully understand the frustration. I had a similar issue and I believe it has to do with Godot's exporting system. It's frustrating, but at least it's solved by either waiting or running it on a downloaded export. Other than that, I really enjoyed! Nice work!

the movement was really satisfying, if only you had more time to make a complete level! :)

buddy does NOT have the will of D!
Loved the art direction of the game and the grappling mechanic was incredibly satisfying!
It lagged for me as well quite a bit, think that's a risk of web exports unfortunately, if you continue working on it I'd love to play a desktop version if you'd consider porting it to a desktop format!!!
