Cool game, I have some fps problems, I think its due to instancing objets, like bullets, but its probably cause my laptop is a potatoe, the game is fun, and have cools mechanics. (Ty for playing my game btw).
Yeah, i would have done optimization if i had the time, sorry about this, instantiating 100 bullets a second is indeed a terrible idea lol.
very cool mechacnic, i'm just tripping lol
The gravity mechanics are still just as cool; it took me a little while to get the hang of the instant teleportation, the environment can easily make you dizzy, but it's still really cool !!It's just that the enemies don't serve much of a purpose; they can be ignored very easily :)
Thank you !
Yeah, that's what i feared, if i had the time i think i would have made it so you'd have to survive until the teleport reload to advance to the next platform instead of just being able to jump.
That was really fun. I really enjoyed the music. Good Job!
Thanks for playing !
Music is ripped from a copyright free library in a last rush effort before uploading though lol.
It was really cool to watch your progress of this on the server! It took me a minute to get a hang of the controls (I'm horrible at these types of games), but it was really fun to glide on the walls once I got the hang of it. I mainly kept dying from missing a Tails that would keep shooting at me. Really fun game overall!
Thank you very much ! And I can't play my game either i suck as well with these kinds of game lol. I'm kinda scared by what you mean with glide on the walls as anyone i've seen try it as been walljumping instead of using the mechanic to change gravity. Have you changed gravity ?
I was wall surfing by holding down jump before I remembered how to read and saw that you could change gravity. The gravity shift is a really cool mechanic! Can I ask how you went about changing it?
I use the normal of the collisions and create quaternions to rotate the body to have his local up be aligned to the normal.
All moving computations are made as if it was normal but multiplicated by the transform of the body in the end to be coherent.
