Very cool idea! I love the mechanic where you spell out words with the fish you caught and get upgrades with them! I'm curious to see how you even coded in all of the words - there's got to be so many words you can make lol. Some cool ideas that I think might be cool would be maybe adding a mashing ability where if you grab a big fish or a shark, you occasionally have to mash buttons to make sure they don't get let go, or maybe you could add a mechanic where you can have more valuable fish break the claw and you have to repair it? Either way, very cool entry, and I hope you all have a great rest of your jam! Good luck!
lmao, submarine looks like "Шаролёт" [Sharolyot] from russian cartoon "Смешарики: Пин Код"
The controls could be improved. I had fun even though I don't fully speak english. Seems like a nice kids game :))
Thanks for the honest feedback. For future reference, can you tell us what aspects exactly should be improved regarding the controls?
it was a bit difficult pressing the needed buttons at the same time due to its position on the keyboard
pretty cool game, it really needs a tutorial though. good job!
The controls were a bit confusing
Thanks for the honest feedback. For future reference, can you tell us how and why exactly were the controls confusing?
