How does your game fit the theme?
Anything that counts down is finite. The time you have, and the actions you can take. But if you let the world move down as you rise, you may reach infinity.

Might be one of the most interesting mechanics I've encountered so far! Hope to see an upgrade of the game in the future!
Very Creative. You get the idea really fast, and then it gets very adictive. My record is 40852. Good job
Thank you! The idea can be quick to get for some, and I'm glad it did for yours and the main core loop takes drive in the addictiveness. If you had fun that's really all that matters kek, and the score means you went really far.
Thank you for playing!
Really fun game! I enjoy the idea of the launch bringing you up in the world. Once I did my first play and died to not understanding, I locked in and got a much better time. This is a good difficulty curve because you didn't need a tutorial, the player just learns it themselves. Very fun! Good sound affects to.
Thank you so much! Yeah the launch going up was one of the cool things I thought on in order to get more "resources" so to speak. The first level basically forces you to know score, card sequencing, fuel, launching, and limited actions as I didn't have the time to explain it... but I guess it did work well for your end. After that yeah, the experience is pretty much understanding the cards and finite resources you have and make the most of it!
Anyways, thank you for playing!
really interesting concept! I was a bit confused at first but once I understood what to do it was fun
Thank you so much! Yeah it gets tricky at the start but after it gets fun, the concept is always the strongest point and I'm proud of it.
A nice jam game! I like the theme use and the game mechanics. There are a few times I got soft locked when I had actions but all cards required some conditions. Other than that, the UI can use some work. Good work overall!
Thank you! The theme use really inspired the main direction on the game, as I realized early on (Anything finite counts down in amount), so a timer, some cards, and the general search for more before you run out pretty much made the game loop feel natural. Yeah, the gameover detection isn't built for conditional cards and one of the things I fixed for the post-jam build. The UI as well could use some work, I'm hoping I'd learn godot enough to make the next UI awesome.
Anyways, thank you for playing!
Nice work, got sucked in a bit once I understood what I was supposed to do. I only got as far as the labyrinth for now, I may see if I can get a little further after rating some more games.
Only issue I had is that I think a few of the cards that give you fuel may have been hard to click? I was trying to click on the one that gives you fuel if you have a 0 in the ones digit and it took a lot of clicks for it to register for some reason
Ah thank you for playing, um right the description should've said "the timer's one's digit is 0" I tried to add in some P.S. in the main page, but I knew it's gonna be a hard issue. If only I got the onboarding way better the game woudl be solid kek.
Thank you playing! (Or anything after, just have fun : D)
Oh, my bad, that explains it 😂 Should be easier to do next time
Very decent game, love it, kinda hard to get the idea without a tutorial, needed more work on the UI but overall very good , Keep up the good work (consider leaving a review for my game on your way if you want)
Yeah, the lack of tutorial + learning how UI even works in godot was the major issues with the game. I can't promise the review (or at least being soon ish, my list is crazy lol), since... there's still a lot for me to go through...
Anyway Thank you for playing!
Great Concept! Loved the unique feel of everything, the unique cards and their criterea. Great Job!
Thank you for playing! The uniqueness and criteria for each card have been probably the most fun part about this, as the potential for level design is a lot higher.
Really cool concept! Loved the gradual introduction of more and more varying and complex cards. This has some real potential! Congratulations on making this in such short time, you've done very well!
Thank you so much! The concept is really the game's strong point, and the gradual introduction was useful to make sure the player is ready to learn / get into it. I think I got convinced from the potential comments that I may want to update it (albeit to the best of my capabilities, since the codebase is... unstable for a lack of a term, and generally inexperienced with godot).
Anyways, thank you for playing!
High Score: 316715186.
This one got its hooks in me quick. Nice work!
Thank you for the reply! I guess big number does work lol.
High Score: 316715186.
This one got its hooks in me quick. Nice work!
Final Score: 19856 (I really want to win, I'll come back and try again later)
This is quite fun! There feels like a mix of spam cards, and think carefully. I'm not certain on the actions of every card, so you may need to revise some of the wordings.
The only other feedback I would have would be in regards to art, and music, but I understand that those can be hard to do if you're working on your own in a jam context.
Overall, well done!
Yeah, the wording was... not ideal (time and potentially sleep deprivation kicking in there), and the art/music was really my priority after the gameplay, but didnt make it. A diverse selection of spam (dopamine) and think carefully (meaning/decision making) was something I wanted to control. As long as you had fun that's pretty much my goal.
Anyways, thank you for playing!
Very fun - managed to just eke out a win on my second run. Would probably be interesting to try and plan out a more strategic route.
Thank you so much for playing! Having fun/enjoying the game is my main goal, and I'm glad it was!
This is such a strong concept! I love the choices for the card mechanics, it was so satisfying to see the score multiplying. I liked the timer-related cards the most!!
Thanks! I'm still so proud of the concepts, and the card mechanics kind of play around with the deck composition and current state, and still has the multiplier. The timer-related ones are the best since it rewards correct timing and mindful play.
Thank you for playing!
Sure there are visual aspects that could help the player navigate this game with more ease run to run without taking from the randomness and difficulty. But as it is this feels like a very strong prototype, even just with the card text it builds it's own world. Very enjoyable.
Yeah, I knew right after the level making at like 2-3 hours before the deadline, or even way before that, I knew the visuals needs to be made better since the time nature and the requirement to learn the cards quickly is the most major hurdle. Thank you on the strong prototype comment and it's why I'm really tempted to continue on this game. But I think I need to learn more about game dev and godot before I start expanding it completely. The cards can really make an entire level be built around it and I'm glad the potential is visible.
Overall, if you've enjoyed the game, that's all what I really want to happen and thank you for playing!
This was fun! Especially towards the end where the number was getting really big. Small critique: the card that says “Add 1 fuel when the ones digit is 0” isn’t entirely clear about which number its talking about. For a while I thought it was the ones digit of my score, not the timer. So I thought it was broken until I noticed it working with the timer.
Good work!
Yeah I do acknowledge the uh error, there were many unideal descriptions and added a P.S. to correct it. When I saw a different comment on the zero action fuel being for the score, I was going "huh?', and I realized the blunder. At least the big number go big has really got the dopamine, and as long as you have fun, I think that's all I want to see.
Anyways, thank you for playing!
Took me a second but thats what i get for not reading the tutorial! It's a fun little game where you blast off into space! Not a bad proof of concept!
Thank you! Well I guess the tutorial is a bit... yeah not the best, the concept is something I liked. As long as you have fun, thats all that matters.
Thank you for playing!
Nice game! Big numbers are fun!
Yeah, big numbers are fun to go through, a lot of the Thank you playing!
I like the concept of this game it's pretty cool! I didn't get too far but I definitely enjoyed it Congrats!
Yeah, the concept I'm really nicely proud of, but all that matters is that you enjoyed the game!
Thank you for playing!
Really nice concept and was very fun once I'd gotten the hang of how it worked. I really like the cards specifically linked to the timer, and having to think about whether the gain from the card would be worth the time lost or if I could make more score in that time. Very well done!!
Thank you! It takes a bit, but yeah getting the hang of it is nice. Timer based cards was one of the main initial ideas and helps prevent the player from mindlessly clicking and forced to think through the levels. Stuff like ZeroActionFuel and One'sDigitMult has that inherent dynamic if its worth waiting if its optional, or risk just waiting.
Again, thank you for playing!
