spooky music added to the themes of the game, giving it a horror feel and keeping on theme with the whole vibe of it. also fun way to do the countdown theme with having to manage oxygen, akin to a health bar while also being similar to classic games, such as galaga.
fun take, and good entry even with the small bugs (more so the fullscreen but you are aware of it)

Cool idea for a countdown game, but there weren't any meters displaying for me either.
I'll attach a screenshot so you can see what it looks like.
Full-screen mode keeps the game at a fixed size, and fills the rest of the screen with black.
Clicking on the blue icon doesn't do anything.
I tried a couple different browsers.
It was still pretty fun to play, and I like the spooky music a lot!

I really enjoyed this game! The art style, visuals, and sound design are amazing and create a really immersive atmosphere. I especially like how the countdown mechanic is used in different ways and makes the gameplay feel unique. Really like it!
We would also love to hear your feedback on our game! :)
Pretty good, the visuals and sound design are a standout! I did also get the no health bar glitch so it felt a bit arbitrary haha
very enjoyable, i love the artwork and sound design, and the gameplay mechanics are clever too. there are plenty games where the countdown acts as your time limit or health, but to have it also countdown the end of the level is a nice touch. i like how the orbs of oxygen are slow moving, so you can always play around them and collect them at a later time if needed
again, very awesome!
The sprites in this game are really good, I loved all the enemy design. I couldn't see the oxygen meter at all when fullscreened so it made it a bit confusing because i would just seemingly die out of nowhere. The balance is pretty good up until the boss level, I couldn't figure out how to attack it and dodge at the same time, but maybe it's just a skill issue from me.
Were you in full-fullscreen? As in, did you click the uncolored expand icon and then the blue icon? If so, and you still can't see the UI, that must mean an undiscovered resolution issue. In which case, what's your screen resolution?
As for the boss, the most dangerous attack is the green homing bullets. Feel free to sacrifice time to avoid them. As long as you kill some of the chasers and pick up their oxygen, you'll have plenty of time.
I counldnt see the meters even when i fullscreened, but its probably even more fun without knowing how much oxygen you have because it encourages me to stay in dangerous situations to always get more oxygen.
The biggest thing I appreciated was how the visual style communicates very concisely; I always knew roughly how something was going to behave within seconds after it came on screen. In addition, the art, story, and audio are very cohesive and work well together.
overall super fun quick experience that made me feel like a ultimate jamer
Interesting premise for a bullet-hell style space shooter. I think I would have liked to see the fire controls mapped to spacebar or something instead of Z to keep my movement fingers free, because I kept having to use my ring finger on my left hand to fire and also move it made my hand unhappy. Good idea though and congrats on shipping!
I had fun with this one. I like that you have to engage the enemies instead of just avoiding them. It really forces a certain playstyle.
Really nice game, i'm not good at bullet hell but i still had a good time ! Thank you
