How does your game fit the theme?
A sleeping game the simplest way to represent the theme of counting down. As the timer goes down, you must wait to select the number that equals whatever you are prompted to count. The game intentionally encourages players to slow down. Also worth mentioning that down is a soft bedding material that compliments the desired sleep goal.

It truly did calm me down. The music track was great and the art is cute :>
It is honestly a super cozy take on a one-button puzzle game, especially since most one-button games are usually fast rhythm stuff. The whole "counting down to fall asleep" vibe is really creative, and it keeps you hooked with funny visual curveballs, wholesome little affirmations, and unexpected check-ins like reminding you to drink water. The dynamic difficulty is clever too—it purposely throws a few tough rounds to tire your brain out before slowing everything down to let you rest. Plus, it has some hilarious petty energy, like giving you a cheeky "Oops!" error if you dare to say you don't like the music. It just feels like a genuinely kind, unique little title that is very relaxing to play.
a nice break from the more intense entries lol
I can't say I've ever seen a one-button "puzzle" game before, pretty cool as a concept. Most one button games you see are more actiony rhythm based games, nice to see it taken in a more relaxed direction. Nice presentation, and I like the light heartedness, like the "pick any number" ones.
I also like how saying "no" to liking the music gives an Oops! like it's an objectively wrong answer, lol.
Thanks for the review! You should see what happens when you say "no" to liking the game XD
This game takes a very simple idea and turns it into something surprisingly creative and engaging! It even gets quite difficult at times, I found myself trying really tryharding instead of falling asleep, which is pretty funny considering the theme hahaah. One thing I especially liked was the personal questions that popped up, like the one asking about hydration. It actually reminded me to get up and drink some water ;)
Haha, sounds like you tired yourself out on the challenging ones! The difficulty scales up/down depending on how well you do, so if you start skipping rounds it will get easier and you will get more sleep-related questions. That's by design as I want the game to wear you down before it slows down.
It feels a little strange to play a kind game, it felt nice haha
This idea never crossed my mind when I was thinking about the theme, it’s nice to see it! The game is very relaxing and it was fun at the start, it’s a little sad the music didn’t repeat and at some point the game went quiet. I only realized the game didn't have a finish when I started to get repeated questions but I still kept playing more to see more questions
I really like the curve balls when you are starting and the questions that ask you about if you like the game and you are having fun, for some reason it reminds me of youtube videos that put something in the middle of the video xD
Always missing the answers by 1 when I realized I skipped an animal was always fun hahaha
I enjoyed my experience here for how different the game is and because it was very relaxing! :)
(I don't put screenshot of finish but those pauses in middle of the game are a nice touch)
Glad you enjoyed the experience and the music!
Your point on the curveballs is spot on - one of my inspirations was EasySpeezy so I wanted to add something similar to the little affirmations he puts in mid-video. Also there's a whole sleep meta on youtube.
