Great first game!
Thank you very much :D
This is nicely done for your first game! Art was good and it felt fun
Just a simple change (and others might disagree) is that you could change shoot to something like space. I personally think that if a control/input can be done without needing the control of the mouse, it probably should be
You've done a lot for a first project, it already has a solid gameplay loop. The main things I felt were missing is the audio and a bit more game juice, such as making enemies flash white when they're hit. Overall, it's a great start, especially considering it's your first project. Keep up the good work!
Having no audio was the only bad thing about the game. Having different types of enemies with different attacks was sweet. Everything else was pretty great for a first time game
Thank you very much for the feedback and compliment 🙏
Would appreciate some more juice and sound.
Great game for a firsty. It was pretty clear what the objective was and the mechanics worked great. I loved the artstyle. I would really appreciate some good music with it, but I understand time didnt allow that. Good job.
Thank you very much :D
What an awesome first game! Good going. I particularly like the dasher enemy. Next steps would be audio, upgrades and some animations
Good old shooting plane :)
As for the feedback, even though I like the art style, image looks too static. Would be great to add some flying particles or just move stars from right to left or to convey that we're actually flying :)
Thank you for the feedback :D
Great first game! I really liked how the character portrait changed as you got closer to 0, and the enemy sprites were really creative. I got a little confused by the screen wrapping, and I felt like several times I went too far back and got warped into the middle of a bunch of enemies. You should feel very proud of this game!
Thank you very much for the feedback and compliment 🙏
Good job on pushing through and finishing your first game !!
Thank you very much :D
I love the energy of this, keep it up!
Thank you very much :D
Congratz on your first game. I wish you much fun on your future game dev journey. Some visual feedback upon hitting a enemy could make the weapons feel more impactful.
Thank you very much for the feedback and I hope you had fun too :D
Congratulations on your release! I hope you had fun making your first game in Godot!
I liked the homing / laser enemies, mixed with the chaos of the regular enemies, good stuff!
I did not realize my health was dropping over time, but simply me playing poorly (or so I thought).
Also I would have wished to see some sort of impact, because right now it's kind of hard to tell when you're hitting an enemy, they just disappear when dead.
Anyway, looking forward to seeing more games (in Godot?) from you!
Thank you very much for the feedback and word of encouragement. We hope you had fun too :D
I love this! Really good for a first Godot game. I love the bullet hell feel and the enemies feel really fun to dodge. The player portrait changing on hit is a cool detail. Needs some polish to juice and audio and it’ll be even better. Keep it up!
Thank you very much ♡♡♡
Great visuals. Lovely character portrait, though I barely got time to look at it since things got a bit hectic! Was surprised there was multiple enemy types, it got a bit difficult towards the end. Great first Godot project, hopefully not the last though :) For the next project I'd suggest a bit more visual feedback, e.g. player and enemy sprites flashing a bit when hit, little things like that.
Thank you very much for the feedback. We will use it in our next project :D
I liked the artwork. Everything fit the theme really well.
I found the collision a little confusing at times. A few bullets seemed to pass through me, and one of the swordfish enemies got stuck attacking from the bottom left. I also think some health indicators, hit animations, and death animations would make the game feel even better.
One small suggestion is to make the enemies a little smaller, so you can fit even more on screen and cause me even more pain.
Overall, it was a fun little bullet hell game.
Thank you very much for the feedback. We're really happy that you enjoy our game :D
the are is really nice but i wish there was some sfx atleast.
For a first project in Godot, this is not bad. Though I'd prefer having some sfx or visual indication for the timer, instead of just text, and also fix the collision issue. Keep up the good work!
I think there's a bit problem with the collision but overall its cool, please rate our game too if you can
Thank you very much for the feedback. I will rate your game if I have the time :)
The chara design is quite cool! But I think there is some issue related to the collision no?
Thank you very much for the feed back and design compliment :D .
