How does your game fit the theme?
Nearly every object in the game has a countdown: platforms vanish when their timer hits zero, bombs explode, drones drop missiles, bosses change modes, and a level timer keeps you moving..

Nice retro game, I managed to beat the final boss

Love this! The art-style is super cool, and the difficulty wasn't too steep. All my hours in Enter the Gungeon finally came in useful for that boss fight haha. Well done :D

Pretty cool, love the art

I love how the character spins when he falls, and the little jump he does when he shoot! It brings a lot of life to the game ! It was a fun experience :D

I like this! I'm really sad because there's not enough

This was super cool!!!  Nice job making something so novel in such a small amount of time.  (I thought this was the twist at first) - it would have been a cool unique mechanic if the things you could shoot added the equivalent time to the clock!  Then you'd end up shooting platforms as you jump away from them, and hunting down enemies to get enough time to make it to the end...

Very cool idea. I don't know if I'll ever do anything else with this, but if I did, that would be an awesome addition.

It would make for a pretty unique puzzle game!  It's a cool art style too, very well put together.

Love the gameplay and the art! Didnt expect the bossfight at the end but it was awesome!

me at the start: "wow this is fun, love the jump animation"

me when I saw the boss fight "I should quit developing"

This was peak! Congrats

Didn't expect for it to become a bullet hell at the end there, lmao nice work. Love the simplicity of the art and how it blends in with the page

Cool idea, I wish there were more levels! I wanted to see more puzzle elements around the countdown blocks but I just managed to shoot and jump past everything without needing to think. Love the art!

Simple idea - fun execution! :)

This is a short, fun, and juicy entry with great game feel!  I really loved how bouncy your pixel art is.  You've got great music, sound effects, screen shake and this was a lot of fun to play.  If you made this in four days, I really look forward to seeing what you make in longer jams!

Cool way to incorporate the theme of the jam. Love the artstyle and audio design, games just vibes.

I gave up once I reached the jetpack, BUT FOR MY DEFENSE, I was playing in da browser, maybe it didn’t behave as it should. Great gameplay, super fluid and enjoyable. Loved the artstyle and goofiness of the soundtrack!

Fantastic artstyle!

I loved how many different ways count downs were incorporated! And also am a big fan of minimalist palettes! We used only 8 colors ourselves.
