Fun little game, Time as the currency is interesting! I liked the sound effects and visuals and it felt quite nice to control! I think it would benefit from there being a bit more player feedback, eg a hurt noise or visual effect when hit by an attack, a noise when an item is puchased etc, rather than just the time changing. Overall though, good job!
Glad you enjoyed! Working on a post-jam version with improvements based on feedback from these comments, and having indicators for important changes is definitely something I'm trying to work on.
Interesting little game! I like how the time is also the economy of the game (mechanic similar to my entry). I miss having different enemies, but it has a nice direction to go to!
Took me a while to realize I didn't have to kill anyone and just run towards the exit lol...
Thanks for playing! Different enemy types was indeed something I had planned but ironically enough, had to cut for time... oh well. This was my first game jam, hopefully I'll improve as I go!
Pretty good...game becomes more and more satisfying as you progress through..good work with the level design too..With some more enemies, power ups..game can really flesh out... I can see you are planning to release a post jam version..I will surely check it out..Great work!!
Thanks for playing, hope to see you soon! ( ´◡` )
Interesting game loop, I did enjoy slowly becoming a speedy killing machine. If there was more levels and enemy variety, I can see myself getting accidentally addicted haha
Hehe... just a few more levels and enemies away from a mission success.
I wish I had time to put in a little more variety for the jam as well... If you're interested, though, I plan to release a post-game-jam version of this project made with player feedback in mind. So glad to hear that you had fun with my project! (≧∇≦)
A bit hard to tell if you were going to be hit or not. Other than that, great work :D
Thanks for playing! I'm planning on making a non-game-jam version with the feedback from the jam, so thanks for your input, as well! \^o^/
I enjoyed this one and played through a few times. I liked the balance of spending time on upgrades, learning which ones were worth the cost, and finding goo deals in the shop.
Is there a win condition? I thought I had a bunch of time left and got a time expired screen.
Thanks for playing! There is indeed a win condition but... I may have accidentally left in the game over sprite instead of the win screen (ᵕ—ᗜ—)
If you'd like to give it another proper try, I did make another, non-game-jam version available on my page, created with bug fixes and player feedback in mind! (But even if you don't, thank you for just giving it a shot (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)
I enjoyed it, I really liked the art.
Thank you! I may have spent a little more time on the art than I should have... 😅
I enjoyed it :D
Thank you so much for playing!
