Big creepmo vibes, art really sets the tone.
Music to my ears, tyty
ok WOW this is so eerie and weird I love it! super intresting take on the theme and fun gameplay:)
Cheers! I'm a big fan of weird and eerie stuff so I'm very glad it comes across that way successfully and not too over the top.
The game set me thinking, nice vibe!
Yes... very good to activate the brainfolds... I tried to include an allegory in the narrative but I'm not sure it came across lol (hint is in the game title's acronym)
Hmm, I managed to beat the game. And, you know, this is a very good interpretation of the theme in gameplay. There's a puzzle and time running out... and there's even a plot, seemingly partially non-linear. And the horror vibe is really, really captivating. Well done! Great job!
Thanks for the kind words! We tried to tackle the theme first thing, so it's great to hear that it comes across well. My teammate did a really good job with the audio and absolutely nailed it atmosphere wise 😎
You and your colleagues are great!
I'm a huge fan of this game, (and played through it a couple times,) and honestly i'd love to see the story and gameplay expanded on further; maybe branching levels with different gameplay and endings based on the dialogue options you choose? I'm impressed!
Thank you so much, and I’m really happy you played through it more than once! I'd worry that the gimmick would wear too thin if dragged on too long for this particular story lol, but there's definitely room for more stuff in this setting with similar mechanics. Will keep that in mind 🤔
I love how creative this concept is, and the sense of mystery the eerie music and slightly creepy artstyle gives it intrigues me. I'd like to see what more complicated puzzles would look like with those timers and words :) Well done!
Thank you! Atmosphere's usually what I try to nail first so I'm glad it came across. Definitely feel like there's a lot of untapped potential with the mechanical concept - might circle back to it some day.
Really creative take on the theme! I really love the narrative and the thematic elements
Thank you so much! I had a lot of fun trying to build the theme into both the story and the gameplay, glad that you liked it.
This is so creative. The story is intriguing, and the art is amazing. Great work!
Thanks! I'm not much of an artist usually, more of a wordsperson, so it was pretty fun figuring things out as I went.
This was really interesting. A unique way to have a conversation for sure :]
Thank you! This was my best attempt at marrying the narrative conceit I had in mind with the jam prompt, lol. Hope it felt coherent, I love me some wacky dialogue systems
