How does your game fit the theme?
The game takes inspiration from Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity. The larger an object is, the faster they perceive time. The player can manipulate the speed of the ingame timer by changing their size. By changing the size, which changes speed and other player attributes, the player has to solve platforming puzzles in a 2D environment to collect all the clocks and progress through the levels before the countdown expires.

I like the idea of changing sizes to better fit through different obstacles. The base platformer mechanics are a little wonky, but beside that, the game is a pretty fun time-waster!

Cool game! I really like the animation and art style :) I also liked the puzzles and the inspiration from the Theory of Relativity. Clever twist.

Nice uses of the resize mechanic, I especially like the "push" animation. Thanks for watching the stream, here is the playtest @01:10:17

Love the re-sizing mechanic. Nice work!

i liked how the music seemed to change when you would switch between forms, lots of different platforming puzzles that challenge the brain. Good work! :)

Very cool game, time being different at different sizes is quite neat. Also the music changing based on size was quite cool as well. Great job :D

Super cool concept and fun game! I love how the music, countdown, and speed of things were dynamic depending on your size!

Dont worry mate, I got you! ;)

And thanks for playing our game :)

Very good idea to tie changing size to time scale! It was a bit frustrating when I'd be a bit too close to a wall for it to let me go up in size, but I don't know how to fix that...

Nice mechanics and cool ideas, a bit choppy but otherwise well made.

Really cool game. I think it could have played more into the time going faster while being bigger, besides that the floating mechanic was really fun. The art of the player is really cute too. Good job!

Great artwork and nice idea, but nothing challenging, nice job making a game out.

The levels are well designed around the grow and shrink mechanism.  Audio is good, keeps the pacing of the levels. I felt the theme can be more reflective in the game. The levels are well designed for some places but the character feels stuck near the slopes. Jumps feel stuck at some places, would love to see more levels in a post jam version.

I really liked the music and cute cat. Well done!

Really well done, lots of great considerations, particularly with audio. Generally feel like the count down element of it could had been more considered, but i did like the time dilation at different sizes

we tried to give the players the power to speed up or slow down the countdown of each level for our cat clockwork, that was the idea.

What is this, 2024? Absolutely "Built to scale" concept. I feel like the gameplay could have been bound more to the theme. I really like the art, it is very charming. I see a lot of polish and thought, like the soundtrack changing when being smaller.

Haha thanks for your feedback! Really appreciate it. We wanted to introduce a mechanic that could change the speed of countdown and thats when the theory of relativity hit us. Its literally about the bigger an object is, the faster it perceives time. The levels were made in a way that if you are bigger, it gets easier. Hence the challenge is to complete the level by minimising the time you have to be large and finish them under the timer. The level design focus was on how do we make changing size meaningful in certain areas for different sizes. We may have run out of time on balancing the timers for each level. Thanks for playing our game, I played your game as well and felt it was really a cool interpretation of the theme :)
