How does your game fit the theme?
The theme Count Down is reflected both mechanically and as a play on words. Daisy is a Count, and his time is constantly counting down. The timer represents both his life and the time he has to reach the next checkpoint. Mistimed attacks reduce it, while successfully protecting him restores time and keeps the Count from going down.

Love the twist on the theme! The countdown seemed like a replacement of the health without an actual time element since it was an auto scroller, so it was a bit confusing in the beginning. Love the simple controls, the art style of super clean, fun time.
