Its a good bedrock but needs a lot more everyithng. Images would be fun, but before then the changes need to bemore dynamic, characters with more complexity interreacting in fun ways. Simple enough change; have characters interact with the defeated members. Add a simple emoji next the the player name so we can see how they are feeling. Institute some dialogue that has the characters talk back and forth. Have the dialogue appear near the character on the board.
