I managed to figure it out after my fifth attempt. WOOOW, such a cool concept. Great job!!

I liked the art style, kinda retro!  And also fun to play. Maybe at the beginning slightly hard, as I got easily behind. So maybe gradually increase the speed that get left behind or some warning buffer zones. But othwerise great for short game jam game! Great work!

Took me like 6 plays before I wasn't losing immediately from going too fast haha my dumbass was a little slow figuring out the goal. Very fun to play! My only "feedback" would be that the "How to Play" section looks very intimidating to look at when you first click on it. But only 20 percent of it actually applies to a given playing format. Not really a bad thing or anything, just a note. Loved the game feel!

The music and midnight countdown set the vibe so well!

I enjoyed the controls a lot. The breaks in the road are a great occasional obstacle. They did a great job of keeping you from hanging back and pushing your luck as long as possible and I found myself cursing them often.

Wow awesome stuff! There were lots of little details I appreciated immensely - the timing and impact of the countdown when you start playing, the slight skew of the background when you accelerate, and the subtle parallax effect on the foreground. The bike felt appropriately difficult to control, and balancing the acceleration was fun. This is a great arcade racer!!

Very cool idea and very nice artwork! You should try to develop this further after the event, when you have more time :D

The art style is visually stunning, and the music creates a really comfortable atmosphere. At first, it was quite easy to get a game over before fully understanding the controls and rules. But once I understood the gameplay, the experience became much smoother and more enjoyable.

Great job!

Hello Nathan! Great game. I got a little under 5k before I wanted to test if the railings killed you or blocked you and yeah... I like the theming, music was awesome, and the game was easy to understand and play. Thanks for submitting!

Nice Art, Gameplay is simple yet satisfying. Good to see mobile support. Appreciate the efforts
It's just that I am a pro dark mode user, and a flashing screen hit me like a flashbang

I had fun with this game! It's got a vibe.
After a little while, you figure out that the best strategy is to stay in the middle / just behind the middle. Which is actually pretty accurate as a motorcyclist. Don't want to be too far forward that you can't react and leave some space to accelerate in if you need to get out of a situation.
Would be pretty if we get more obstacle to avoid and hazards that overtake us from behind.

I got a score of 8920. The controls were hard and confusing to understand at the beginning and being completely slowed down in the mud if you don't have enough momentum was also really frustrating. I feel like the view field of the biker should be higher so you can see the road ahead more, but other then that it was quite fun and I liked the given neon art style of this game.

All my first runs were like 2 seconds long and hard to understand the intended speed/give, but once you get locked and figure it out it's really fun and satisfying, the art direction and the bike pressing down as you hit the gas is awesome, I think the controls were a little awkward, I found using "D" to move forward and using arrow keys to move up and down was the best, splitting your controls across the keyboard felt like cross legged. Overall great jam submission, keep making games!
