Idk why, it doesnt run good, i have a rtx 2060 and still doesnt go as good as I thought, maybe is my config? Idk at this point, if anyone is willing to help me I would REALLY appreciate it

The graphic settings themselves will tell you how much resources they're using, turn the ones down that are "high" or "extreme"....maybe even "medium". But yeah, shadows are always the ones that can slow down any game. I don't have the best graphics card either, my game runs fine, though. (GTX 1050Ti)
