Oh wow, amazing stuff! Actually managed to beat it with 1 HP remaining (IDK if that's scripted lol) but congrats! Great game
Yaaay! You finished it! Thanks!
Did you get the ring of fire?
I liked the idea of health decreasing even if it might become a bit frustrating sometimes
Good job !
Thanks a lot for playing my game. :D Glad you enjoyed the idea but yeaaaaah it's not well balanced yet.
I completed it all the way through! It feels a bit unfair sometimes, like how the garden wastes your key or messing up a puzzle and you have to start all over again.
I would have played more, I actually went back in the dungeon with 1 HP and went to the desert gate but it wasn't opened.
Thanks a lot for playing it! Yeah it's a bit unfair at times and I contemplated adding an extra key to make up for the one the garden consumes if you don't figure out the hidden puzzle there.
The ice gate is the final gate to go through.
Was the other gate a sneak peak of an upcoming level ?
Well the first garden actually has a secret that leads you to what was behind the gate. So yeah :D
Ahh interesting, I tried killing the plant enemies or examining the bush but couldn't find anything.
Try... pushing the plant in a specific direction to complete the pattern. Thinking back... I should have used the pots for this. Bad design on my end there.
I just tried and I think it's fine like that, it's a nice secret and if you get it it makes the game pretty easy
This one is hard, and i wasn't able to beat it. It was a lot of fun though, and i liked how steps taking life made decision making more complex. It did make exploration more punishing, however. Good job!
Thanks for playing the game. :)
The game was meant to be casual to pick up but hard to complete.
Looking at how people play it makes me think having either a checkpoint system or having a level system would have worked better for retention.
