I loved the game. Im only 500 elo so i got trashed by the bot, but I loved the concept, very creative and fun chess variant.
Really cool game!! I kinda suck at chess, but I can definitely see myself learning this game more and more. I really like the idea of having time as a lifeline even if the king got consumed. Very creative take! There is a bit of narrative that is implicit, but I would have loved to see a bit more explicit narrative implemented. The artwork is awesome and the audio is integrated so well! Overall, this was a really fun game! Great work!
WOW, THAT'S SO COOL! I used to play chess, but this game has a really interesting mechanic where you sacrifice time to buy pieces, and it really improves the gameplay, especially once I realized you can sell winning pieces. Great job!
This game has incredible sound and visual design!!! Especially the adaptive music. But the choice of sound effects is great. Super polished. Also my fault for skimming through the tutorial but I didn't realise you could buy cards, I won the game by spamming queens. Super fun!

Very interesting take on chess, love how it pressure you and makes you feel powerful even if I wasted a bunch of time staring at the board or panic quick passing turns without doing anything...
