cool game I think I would play it again
This was a fun, addicting gameplay loop. I liked the lore/theme. The enemy vision cones made me feel a bit like I was playing Metal Gear Solid :) One thing I found interesting, and I'm not sure if this is true or not, but it seemed like when I went out far enough, then the map was different on my way back. I only had time for a few runs, since there are so many submissions, but my best run was to Day 6 so far. Good job!
Hard onboarding but gj
Neat game! It was fun, but took a second to understand how evreything worked. I also liked the pulsating camera and the effects in general.
Thx!
I really liked the idea of a Dead World, where you have to survive, attack other groups, and collect their resources. Some things were annoying, for example, the sound starts to irritate you if you play for a long time. It's a bit annoying, and in this case, you can make each sound small but different at different volumes, and this will add much more interest and remove the irritation.
I just found out about this a few days ago when I was experimenting with my other game.
Thanks for the feedback! I appreciate that you enjoyed LORE of the game - I have tons of fun writing game scripts and stories. Yeah, I know the audio can be irritating, as it was my first "serious" game I didn't know how to balance it haha
Took a couple of tries to get it to not crash Chrome, but its neat! The heartbeat shaking the screen was a little too much - same goes for the audio.
Haha, thanks! As this is my first jam game I'm still trying to figure out how to balance visuals and audio. Thx for the feedback :D
Loved the audio part of the game, though the constant heartbeating sound and the pulsating screen were kinda annoying.
Thx! Yeah, that sounds like a good feedback, I will consider making a special setting to turn off the heartbeats :)
Love the visual and sound effects nice work. Also you worked very well in UI keep it up
Thx man!
