I would love to put it on my Wishlist. But my country, Germany, requires age verification for stores like these. So Steam went ahead and region blocked all games that don't have an age verification provided by the publishers/developers for my region. Steam has an internal age rating that developers can access to via Steamworks. It will cost you nothing to do that, just a couple of minutes. It will take a couple of days or weeks for Steam to evaluate your questionnaire.
This will make your game visible on the storefront for regions with laws like Germany.
