The art and audio are absolutely perfect, as well has the concept. It looks and sounds so damn cool, and it's really a standout among the rest of the jam. Love the music! The design and animation of the god you fight is beautiful. Also once you know what to do, it's pretty fun. Managing to get the right block in at the very last second is so satisfying, and whittling down their health is great. I love how the god compliments you the more you hurt him, it's just such a cool feeling. The gameplay is basically near perfect already!

My feedback would be;
- Add a tutorial at the start which explains all the systems because things like the direction you have to block, the timer that runs out, how the god periodically resists different attacks, etc because I was a bit lost at first.
- Make the direction the enemy attacks in more obvious so i don't have to stare at the bottom right of the screen so much (like maybe when the "incoming attack" warning is in the middle of the screen, show the direction he's attacking on that warning to make it more clear).
- Move around the order of the boxes for defending. Aka instead of block down being at the bottom right, make it be at the bottom middle and have the boxes be in a rhombus shape (unless that clashes with the style you're going for) Because sometimes I would forget which block is which in the heat of the moment.
- Add more ways to generate shields back, like maybe if you block at the perfect time you get loads more energy back than usual? I just felt like I was stuck with low energy sometimes.
- Add the weapon icons next to the names of the attacks before you use them, so it's more clear which one is being resisted by the god.
- I felt like the god started spamming attacks sometimes which gave me no room to deal attacks of my own. You have so little time to defend, so all I was doing was defending when he was spamming which led to my defeat. So either a longer attack time or a way to prevent them from attacking sometimes would be ideal.

Sorry if that was a long list, I just really feel passionate about this game and hope it becomes even better!

Thanks so much for the feedback! A few of your critiques we wanted to do but ran out of time, but everything else we agree with. So glad you had fun playing, thank you for the kind words!
