I feel like the survivor gameplay and rhythm game didn't blend too well, there was a bit too much happening at the same time for me even though I survived til the end. It was nicer to play them separately like in the intro! Also with the way fingers are placed it's quite difficult to play both up and down arrows at the same time. But good job!
