Yes it is! I'm finishing up work on the next update soon. It will include the ability to create custom notes, lists, and rollable tables with your own content. You'll be able to save character sheets, reference notes, lists of plot arcs, known NPCs, etc. and click a button to choose a random one when you need it, just like an Oracle table. Quite a bit of architecture had to change to make it possible, but I'm hoping to get it out for everyone to test soon!
