Lost the first time with 5 seconds remaining but managed to beat 2nd try with 47% hull integrity.

What I liked: Core gameplay loop was fun, reminds me kind of of old flash games (Age of War in particular). I had enough fun to play for basically 20 mins.

What I would improve: Balance needed some work, I just used 8 gatling guns with 4 of them automated. Balance is always off for game jams so not really a problem but figured I'd mention how I ended up playing. I think some enemy variety would make the player need to use different types of turret. Also I took most of the damage in the first 3 minutes and then only lost 15% or something the rest of the time.

Thanks for the game!

Really cool game but i kinda suck at it, the robot ships surrounded me, and i could'nt do much i was even struggling to even gain some money! Pretty cool game though,  i like seeing other space games at the jam aswell

Almost got to the end of the timer! But was killed when I was upgrading because I did not have enough automated weapons. Nice game. Only feedback I have is that the automated weapons should take into account the travel time of the enemy and the bullets to know where to aim. They only hit when the enemy is very close and consistently shot behind a moving enemy.

Fun little game! Took a decent amount of health to get to my first $100 dollars for my second gun but after that the balance felt all right. Really liked the soundtrack! Good job!

it was fun to play! a bit easy though.

Fun! I think the 10 minute timer is a bit long, unless there's more enemy variety that I didn't get to.

That was absolutely brutal, and gutted I died with just a minute left but had a blast!

the game is so much fun and engaging but missing a bit of balancing since i lost a lot of hp before i can make my first 100 $ but with some polish it could improve , GG

Wow, watching fully automated gatlings were some awesome stuff, and you really didn't hold back at the start there.

Really enjoyed this! The gameplay feels satisfying, and it's the kind of game that's easy to pick up but hard to put down. I had a great time playing—nice work!

very cool!!!! I love how hectic it gets towards the end. I figured out a strategy where if you stack up a bunch of gatling turrets, you can aim near your ship and the projectiles fan out and create a huge wall of bullets that annihilates everything. but I think I needed that strategy 'cause I was cutting it pretty close at like 10% hull integrity towards the end and there were so many enemy ships.

one thing I would've liked to see is more variety in enemy ships, or at least some variation in movement patterns! make me switch up my strategy a little, maybe they could come in waves :> although maybe their uniformity kind of adds to the narrative of them being robots. seeing them all swarming at the end was pretty cool.

Lol I didn't know about that strategy. In my test runs somehow I'd be winning with like 1% hull integrity left sometimes. I would've liked to add more enemy types if I had more time.

Really satisfyng to play!! I loved the cool origina weapons, however I felt the 1000$ one was a bit overpriced, I feel like the rocket launcher was better :)

Developer(+1)

Plasma turret is actually very powerful cause it has splash damage and near the end when enemies start swarming you can take out like 5-10 ships with one projectile.
