The artwork in this game is phenomenal, and all aspects of the UI are extremely polished! I also really like the vibe of this game, all of the art works together to create a stressful atmosphere. I remember when I just put two thrusters, and two gas canisters on the rocket and it went really far like 800m or something. I had lots of fun playing this game!

Fun aesthetic!

i really loved the idea and the full game it was so addictive to rebuild the rocket so i can achieve a higher high score

Very addictive! I kept playing until 50k! The part handling takes a little getting used to, and the timer adds a lot of pressure. An optional relaxed mode without a timer could be a great addition for players who want to build at their own pace. Great job!

Developer

Wow 50k! We might make it a full game so I've been trying to improve the part handling and we are definitely adding a relaxed mode

Bravo! This was great! We had an idea on the drawing board like this but voted to do a horror game in the end so its great to see someone execute the idea so beautifully! I wish there was a tooltip that describes what exactly each part does as I was a little confused at times but ya'll should be proud of what you accomplished in such a short time!

Developer

Thank you! We wanted to add like a weight and fuel stat in the shop for each part but ran out of time and thought people would enjoy the trial and error figuring out what the best way to build a ship is :)

I've seen a couple games with this concept (Build the rocket on a time frame), but you definitely added something unique with the physics-based pulling of parts. Struggling to build a stable rocket while having to slap together scrap parts is really interesting. I was a bit frustrated losing parts if they weren't connected, and the fact that clicking on a connected part reset it, rather than just letting me pick it back up. That being said, adding a simple restart button so you don't have to watch the full launch before trying again would help this a lot, and the art style is super unique.

Thank you! being able to take parts off the ship was added last minute in the only way I could in the time and we hadn't considered a restart button.

This is such a great game! I loved scrambling to move all my thrusters just to end up with one on the side and my rocket just completely going to the side! The art is probably the best part, its soo good!
