This game is one of the finest upon this jam I have seen. The abstract and surreal visuals bring the viewer a sense of both confusion and awe as the make their way through a most well crafted arena. A simple, yet rewarding gameplay loop further enthralls the audience as they attempt to defend themselves from the myriad foes which accost them. The use of public domain imagery and content truly makes this game a game of the people, while injecting the artistry with a certain "Je Ne Sais Quoi." Truly a brilliant work which will be remembered in the ages to come. Bravo!

I really liked the visuals, reminded me of surrealism. The movement felt a bit off to me. The mouse movement felt a bit buggy? But that's maybe just a webgl issue. Good job!

Developer

glad you liked the visuals :D

strange that the movement would feel buggy, not sure what that could be exactly cause I definitely wanted it to feel as smooth as possible, strange.

I liked the gameplay, the movement especially felt nice. The visuals aren't really my thing but I see the vision.

One thing I feel could be improved is adding some more noticeable visual feedback for hits, as sometimes I had a bit of a hard time telling whether I was dealing damage or not.

Overall, nice job!

Developer

thanks for playing! yeah the visuals certainly won't be for everyone but I'm glad you see the vision set.

100% agreed on hit feedback, believe me we wanted to but just didn't have time, i'm sure you know the struggle haha

This game is weird in all of the best ways. I absolute adore it. Even went to check out your other work and your absurd-ism is right up my alley!

331.8 Seconds. I am so confused and have no idea what was going through the developer's head(s), but I loved it. It's so weird and dsflkjhdfasgkljahd. I liked this game quite a lot, worth the download.
