The sun acts as a count down that rushes you through the level, and since the main character is a vampire when he dies technically you could say Count (as in count vampyula) is Downed lol

Simple platformer with a simple premise, with a nice set of ideas being introduced at a nice pace. I particularly liked all the ways you made the environment integrated into the gameplay, although it wasn't immediately obvious all the time what was and wasn't solid. Cute game!
This was really fun, sometimes a bit hard to tell where are platforms. really cute, 4.4/5 stars!

This is super cute! I love the way that the lamp checkpoints work as both a major stressor and a safe haven.
I love the art style a ton!
Super cute, the sun feels super imposing and makes it a really fun rush through the level! The parallax details of a lot of the backgrounds were also nice.
Needing to go left threw me for a second until I realised the sun was rising in the east, great detail
I like that read lol my intention was that, instead of a traditional platformer going right to left to find a new place you go left to right to return home but maybe your idea makes more sense
Love the artstyle of this one so much! My favorite part is the purple sky. The most adorable dracula ever.
I think there were a few times I had trouble telling between which buildings I could jump on and which ones I couldn't, but overall this was so fun!
Thx i rlly appreciate you playing my game, I checked out the one you submitting and it was sick, sorry to hear you had some trouble distinguishing the foreground from the background alot of my playtesters said that too but i just couldnt get parralax to work do you have any pointers tho its my first game jam
