Love the concept and the gameplay is pretty good. Music is great! Sometimes it feels like the hitboxes are a bit unforgiving.

Developer

hi, do you remember what hitboxes you thought we're unforgiving?, since a lot of the hitboxes were designed to be smaller than the sprite in order to let the player squeeze through easier, so any specifics would be appreciated :)

This guy has some long arms! I really like the concept there, pretty goofy and I really enjoyed the artstyle and music.

I really like the idea and style to this game, I had a lot of fun trying to figure out how to beat the levels, but I'm just not fast enough on my toes to beat them. Really great game though despite my struggle!

This was a fun and creative game! A bit too challenging for me personally, since I couldn't get past the first stage with the sheer number of levels, only 5 seconds to each, and having to restart from the very beginning.

But that might just be a skill issue anyway, overall though I loved the polish and art style! And the music is quite whimsical, really adding to the vibe haha. Great work!

A super interesting take on the contdown! It's also preetyy punishing with its five second rule. Amazing work for a four day jam!

Hilarious and extremely creative concept. Audio is super fun and quirky. I just really wish some quality of life stuff was implemented - being booted to the level select when failing (and only having 5 seconds) is rough and makes it hard to play the game further. But this idea is really fun - well done to the team!

Love the look and feel of this, Very cool idea and fits the theme well!

The creativity is high in this one, but I get easily frustrated having to start from the beginning again.
I love the dustbunnies though!

Very nice concept, I broke my arm quite a lot of time on it ah ah. Fun visuals as well!

Hillarious concept, and quite fun to play too! it's so funny brute forcing the hand to fit through narrow gaps to reach the sandwich. Recommended if you're looking for a hillarious game to play in the jam :D

This is great. I wish it was a bit more forgiving tho. Maybe the 5 seconds actually being 6 in the background or not having to replay the whole stage. Still, very cool concept and a lot of fun!

Wonderfully cute game

One of those simple but "why didn't I think of that" ideas, awesome concept, only gripe was the hitboxes might of been a little rough sometimes but maybe that's just a skill diff. One of the most original ideas in the line up! Great job, keep making stuff!

Very unique and fun concept. I like the "windows paint"-like aesthetic, it really fits.

The controls were hard to grasp at first, I think that the collision shapes around objects could be a little smaller, since it's very easy to get stuck on something. The reset to main menu was also a bit jarring to me. But overall I had fun :)

Cool concept. Would've liked a clear idea that there are multiple stages to a level or a clear win/lose screen. I couldn't get past the 3rd stage on the office level, might've been a skill issue but it's quite unclear what objects you can or can't grab apart from trial and error (unless this is the design for it).

Everything else stellar, art and music are very appealing to my senses.

hello, thank you for the compliments:), adding a level tracker inside the stages was something that i wanted to do actually, but frankly it was pretty low on my personal priority list for the jam.

and the unclearness on the grabbable objects is somewhat intended for the jam version at least. as in one of the stage levels it would have tutorialized you on one of the grabbable objects, that being the tissue, but this was mostly a work around since i couldn't get around to implementing an outline effect for when you're near a grabbable object, and since level 3 was harder than i intended, some people don't end up reaching the tutorial stage at all 😅.

Very cool concept very unique game.
Could have shown levels layout before starting counting down

Hilarious concept!

I really  like that even the timer is a hand.
Counting 5 seconds since the food touches the ground is a perfect fit for the game jam theme.
The art is really nice to look at, and the music is fun and supports the game very well.

I enjoyed it, but it was a bit too hard for me.

I liked the art and the concept. Simple controls were a nice touch too. Well done!
