Very genius game that uses the theme to create unique puzzles. Some QOL improvements would be nice, like an easy way to double-check what the number you're mousing over actually is. While the fact that the numbers can only go down is part of the theme, gameplay wise, it can be quite tedious if you're through a long puzzle and have just misclicked. Then you have to go through everything again!
Apart from that, it's a really solid game with a really solid execution and some really tricky puzzles. Narrative, artwork and audio were at the level they needed to be for the game. I thought to myself if a soundtrack would've been necessary. I think it certainly gets by without one. But the ambient composer in me definitely sees an opportunity for some minimalist soundscapes to inspire the mind while working on puzzles!
