Really simple one to jump into, reminds me of a more "extreme" Mario Bros. Fun game
It's a very charming game with a simple to understand gameplay, that's a plus in my book! ^^
Very cool! The concept is really fun and original! The platform destruction is awesome! It's not too easy either, and pulling off big combos is rewarding, especially with the platform reconstruction! Well done!
I like the idea, destrucatable platforms, altering enemies countdown, yellow blocks to deactivate all bombs with that time. No part of the game felt overly-penalizing, moving bombs into positions of least damage was easy.
I dodnt understand how I was getting score, there wasnt really a visualization when I increased my score, but overall I think the game fits the jam perfectly. Good job.
Thanks for playing! And yes, unfortunately we were running out of time and we left a bug by accident, which breaks some things (bomb sounds, animations, game ending). Without the bug you would get a visual effect on the score whenever you defuse one or more bombs with the yellow block (with special effect on the combo!). Thanks though :D
makes sense! Loved it none the less
Cute animations!
Remped up in difficulty too hard too fast for me but maybe its a skill issue haha
Very creative concept.
Love jumping around as a little goofy guy. Nice work!
It is a fun game and idea! I dont know if this is intended but, I really like how the bg music beats sync with each consecutive hop!
this is fun! the music and animations r fun as well, the bomb waddling animation is silly i like it
Brilliant concept. a lot of fun to play
Neat idea, & I liked the music
Pretty cool game! Really like the concept of this game. My highest score was 3200 on medium difficulty btw lol.
I sucked at playing this game but i loved the concept, it was fun!
Great idea. Loved the concept and the cute art! Great experience!
Really cool game, I loved the style and music, the destruction of the platforms was a nice detail, also the level design is well done. Great job :)
I found it difficult also on easy, but thats on me, becuase i feel pretty bad at the game getting anxious pursuing the bombs to jump over. Really liked the concept, reminded me a lot of old arcade games. Will be cool if it had more levels with other platform layouts
loved the music , at first i had some issues understanding how the game works until i read the description after that it was lots of fun !!!!!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it and noticed the description haha Next time I will make sure to integrate it into the game
I love the Level destruction in a platfomer game, it is hard to seen in this genre, and the theme is nicely integrated, good game. I'd love to play more levels~
Glad you enjoyed and didn't encounter the bugs that unfortunately made their way in. Thanks for playing!
Thanks for playing! I agree, we wanted to do so in a hard level, but didn't get enough time. HP indicator is shown on the head of the guy every time you lose HP, maybe there was a bug, should've made it more flashy for sure.
I wish I there are guide for the yellow cube (Im not sure for its function?)
The audio are really nice, and the effect of the timer stop and the thing explodes.
I wish the way to get point can be easier since i survived with 0 points...
Thanks! Yeah, next time we have to really get some How to play inside the game. There is a HOW TO PLAY on the game page below the game itself, but it seems that it's getting left out. Anyways, thanks for playing :)
I found it really interesting that the time aspect was tied to individual bombs rather than the overall game! I usually avoid guides, so when I was wondering what the bomb did and it suddenly blew up the platform, I panicked— it was such a fun rush!
Thanks! Glad You enjoyed it
