The aesthetics are instantly evocative of old school dungeon crawling RPGs, I personally got vibes of Wizardry Variants Daphne when playing. Incredible exploration of the jam theme and I can't wait to come back to play it when the jam is over and I can sink more time into it. The first puzzle I came across with the numbered floor tiles had me exclaiming out loud once I figured them out (really nice touch having the numbered tiles on the minimap so you can plan your route). It very naturally felt like I was outsmarting the system once I started stepping on tiles in sequence, but that was exactly what you were going for and intended I'm assuming. Just really well done and with a ton of potential to be expanded on!
This one was a Dad special, he loves DRPG's and we watch him play them sometimes so we did that here. He loved it. The way you implemented the countdown into everything was genuinely mindboggling. This is goals :)
