I think it's a really nice game, the control felt good and the ability to reverse the orientation made the movement feel realy smooth! The game is quite difficult though probably since I'm not good at parry mechanics but I got to the stage with the big (bomber?) airplane, so I don't know how the game actually ends but I like the premise of the story a lot as well.
I like the environment of the game! Not only just the background gradually becoming void as the game progresses but also the bullet holes that indicate the player's health. I wasn't too sure how much health I had so I played more cautiously which made the time run out but eventually I learnt that I actually did have quite a bit of health and could go faster, so that was a neat system. A lot of attention to detail for sure!
*edit: OK you know how reading goes, I read the page and finally found out how to parry and I beat the game on the next attempt
So the parry mechanic is really interesting because it's actually quite overpowered. I thought I had to be frame perfect but I was actually pressing Space too late and I should be anticipating instead. The ending animation and screen is pretty cool! I enjoyed this game a lot
