The countdown timer itself is your health. Every hit from the enemy costs a certain number of seconds and kills win you a certain amount of time back while other actions in the game take time until you have 0 seconds left.

The game has a very uniqe look and i liked the animations. maybe for next jam or if your going to update it making it web would help get more ratings.

Love the grungy look of the game, it was pretty fun although the void ended a lot of my runs, it was an interesting take on the theme!

I really liked the art for this game, the plague doctor sprite and animations look great! Combat was nice and smooth, my greatest enemy was the void sneaking up on me when I'm locked in on an enemy. If you work on it some more it would be cool to have some bosses  that try and stop you from cleansing the fountain.
