Oh those little rascals those cat boxes, who am I to deprive them of some good box destroying fun. I really liked the puzzles and the art here, the ramping in difficulty is very well done and the art matches very well! My only recommendation is to make the level win a bit more celebratory, I was a little confused my first go when I completed the round because I wasn't sure if I did it right

This was so charming, I liked the music shift change at the end walking back! The twist was also pretty good and fits really well with your story! Combat also felt good but if you expanded it it would be cool to see more enemies that take a couple more hits. Really well done, my only wish is that there was music in the beginning!

Its his superpower, he has an innate affinity for pooping and being stinky. In an earlier build I made him poop more and it was a little too much haha, in one go he could block the entire hallway so I had to tone it down. I'm glad you liked it, the tripping was really fun to work on! Thanks for playing!

I think scarred and sleep deprived might be more accurate, but my dog might be a genius for putting me through that lmao. Thank you, and thanks for playing!

I even wanted to make it more realisitic but when I showed it to my partner she confirmed to me that it was enough lmao. Thanks for playing!

I like your thinking ;) I might just have to do that when I get the chance. I did originally want to do third person but didn't want to animate a player haha.

Haha I have a bit of a love hate relationship with my dog as well. Uh oh lmao, hopefully you were able to find the keys! It was a worry of mine that the poop could cover them up but I had to live with that risk with what time I had. I'm glad you had a good time wrangling  the dog, thanks for playing!

Haha yea I loved leaning into the horror aspect of it but wish I was able to build the mood more with some music and better lighting. And oh yes, the tripping was my greatest idea ;) I thought it would be funny to have the character go sliding and rolling across the room scrambling to get the dog lmao. Thanks for playing!

My mind thrives off chaos, I'm happy you enjoyed it! Thanks for playing!

The graphics for this look really good! So far this is the first Unreal game I've seen. The gameplay is simple but it took me a bit to find the right path down. I do think that it could be improved with some more hints to the player as to what path is the right one with a visual or audio cue because right now its just trial and error. Might also be interesting if you created branching paths for if the player decided to drop more ballast to get down one path instead of gliding to a less intense drop or something similar. But really great idea, its got me excited thinking about how it could progress!

I really like the concept behind this game! It feels kinda like D&D in terms of how each character chooses a move with a set amount of AP. The art and UI looks great but I do agree with some of the other comments that it was a little hard to tell what was going on at times. I think that with some extra sound cues or visual feedback and even just a simple tutorial screen showing what everything does this will be really good! Great job this is one of the most unique entries I've seen!

Now that I play this I'm shocked I didn't see more western style games, great job! The atmosphere and music were perfect. I think that the controls could be a bit more fluid, like maybe making it so that you can grab the gun with left click and point it all seamlessly with your mouse. Other than that suggestion, great job this was really fun!

The atmosphere is really good, I liked the ambient sound! Felt kinda like FNAF a bit to me, but the note stamping gave me "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" vibes from the Shining which I thought was pretty neat! I do think a quick tutorial would be a nice touch but tutorials are hard on game jams given the time constraint. I also think I got the game breaking bug you were talking about in the comments, but other than those things this was really great!

This was pretty fun! The music was nice and the water looked great! My only suggestion is to build off of it some more and maybe add some levels that you can reach, but it was still a good time playing around with all the mines! I wish I saw more pirate ships, it was fun to sink them.

Really amazing visuals and gameplay! The environment and lighting is so cute and well done! I also love that you added a tutorial, its a time sink when it comes to development but oh man is it such a nice touch. One of my favorite games I've found so far, had me feeling like I was the bug equivalent of a fighter pilot at the end!

Really nice take on the theme! I got jump scared by that shriek a couple times haha. I didn't realize that there was a difference in the hands until I read the description but I like the subtle difference and how it makes you have to pay attention!

This is a really creative idea haha, I like the concept of appeasing a demon camera. I did feel like getting the guy into some of the positions was a little difficult but it was also really funny to see him all mangled trying to get him to fit. Great job!

I love the gameboy style art! Really nice job nailing the vibe in both visuals and music! I do think the controls feel a little strange on pc but I know that you made this for mobile so I'll try and give it a go on my phone as well.

This was a lot of fun to figure out! Feels kinda like an AC version of keep talking and nobody explodes. I don't know if I should be more impressed that the AC can handled 100c weather or the player can endure up to 100c lmao. I do think that some of the instructions were a little complicated on the first read but after a couple tries I got it all figured out. Pretty tough on that last level though. Great game, I enjoyed being cooked alive a couple times!

Aww darn, it runs great on my macbook but thats on me for not getting it tested in time. I'm using firefox, and I think it ran well on chrome if you wanted to try either of those. Either way, thank you I'm glad you liked the idea!

Unfortunately he did ;( but I might have exaggerated a bit, although I did not get much sleep that night between dealing with poops. Yea I thought it would be funny to have the player trip over poop and the dog, I think it turned out alright but could use a bit more work to make the tripping feel better. Thank you, and thanks for playing!

Thank you, I'm glad you got some good laughs! We got him a different salmon oil for his old man joints that did not sit well with him that night lmao. We switched back to the old one and now he's back to his usual pooping pattern. It sounds like you had just the experience I was trying to convey haha, I'd like to work a bit more on the physics as well as add some sound effects later. Thanks for playing!

Amazing story line, a tale as old as time (kinda). The art style is really nice and I love the little sound effects in the game. Juggling between appeasing mom and the game is a very clever idea. I was wondering if it might be good to have another indicator for the player to know mom is about to kill them like an audio cue or slight visual change. But I think as is its pretty well balanced and I'm just not giving mom enough attention lmao.

This was a lot of fun! The boss fight is pretty challenging, I don't know if I'll be able to get past phase 2 but I'll probably come back to try! The leaderboard is a nice touch, I was just thinking about how seeing a leaderboard for some of these games would be really cool. Some of the moves were a little hard for me to focus on at first with how cluttered it can be at times but I ended up really liking how each move would tell you when it was going to land  and where! Great job, love me a good boss fight!

I like the simplicity of it! The sprite animations look very clean and the sound effects were nice and satisfying!I did get a little stuck figuring out the controls at first, I think if you added some keyboard controls for the buttons that would be nice. I also liked the sassy shop keeper lmao.

Really nice little speedrunning game! The controls felt nice and it was pretty tense the first run! I think some branching paths might be a good addition to help force the player to make tough decisions, but all around I just wish I had more levels to play, great job!

The little cloak animations for the character and his movement in general is really nice! I also love the stealth aspect of the game, its not too difficult but those flashlights can mess you up. I was also a little confused about the blood vial at first and had to read the comment in the description, later in the second level I also somehow managed to get myself stuck right on the fence next to the gate on the left. Other than that though this was a great find, and I really enjoyed playing!

I really like the puzzles, the textures and shifting of the blocks reminded me a bit of Wind Waker! The ramping of difficulty is just right I think, that last level had me for a bit. Really solid little puzzle game!

Oh man do I suck at pool in real life and in game lmao. Regardless this was lovely, the quality of the controls and UI is amazing! I also really liked level 10 that was some good stuff without getting into spoilers. I did find that the physics felt a bit heavy to me at times like t was sometimes hard to move the balls but then again I'm also bad a pool lmao. Great job!

Very clever game idea haha. Some of those tips were pretty good, if only I had thought of using my fingers to count the whole time I'd probably have gone through with no issues. Fun little game, good job!

The movement is really nice, I loved the wall jumps and dive attack! The art was also really good but I do think that the trees on the second level look a little out of place compared to the castle tiles. Other than that small nit pick though this was really fun, I liked how you could tackle the last level from multiple different paths!

I really liked the art and the vibe of this game! It felt very cozy swimming down with the music and looking at all the cool backgrounds. I do agree with cachandlerdev that the upgrades allow you to go further down but once you're able to make it down there they kind of lose their meaning. If you added some bosses or dungeons at certain depths that might help to make the upgrades feel more powerful. Really great job on the visuals and feel of the game though, you really nailed the ocean aesthetic!

Really nice UI and art, it felt like a nice trip back to the good old days or the internet back with crt monitors! I really liked discovering all the websites, the dog one was cute but there seems to be an imposter cat pretending to bark like a dog. Cosmo was my favorite and I had to go look at them every time I booted up the computer. My only gripe was that I somehow managed to move the window to a hard to retrieve location when I got to the horse game and had to spend a while trying to get it back to change websites lmao.

These are some great puzzles! I was so engaged in this, I liked how challenging the later ones were! I was a little confused at first whether the goal was to get them to enter the basket in the right order or to be in the basket in the right order but figured it out pretty quick. Very clever design, great job!

Very nice little hack and slash, I really like your choice in music and the little slime sprites! I did encounter that issue you mentioned with the UI but I just kept clicking the right most skill. I also noticed on my second playthrough that there's a glitch where you can keep playing after you die and go and kill the boss without any resistance, which I had a little fun exploiting haha. Other than those two things I had no issues, great job!

Really cool idea to force the player to have to be a little more careful with how they handle enemies to prolong their time! I really liked the sound effects and the dash animation! My only recommendation is to make the attack direction a little bit more clear, sometimes it felt like an attack should have hit but I missed.

Haha I'm just happy its over and that the little guys bowels are feeling better. I guess you could say I made it for the shits and giggles ;) Thanks for playing, I'm glad you got some good laughs!

Thanks for giving it a go! Yea I missed checking that the sensitivity was alright with different setups, I'll try and fix that afterwards if I get the time. I think that the tripping mechanic still has a few issues I need to work out, it was working pretty well when I implemented it on its own but I think I missed something when I integrated it in with the poop collision and now the camera can get stuck on poop sometimes. That or something else, either way thanks for playing!

Haha I'm glad you liked the premise! Yea I didn't end up having time to have anyone play test it so I missed that the mouse sensitivity was a little crazy. My DPI is really low on my mouse and the sensitivity doesn't seem to be an issue on trackpad so it didn't come through during development ;( Thanks for giving it a go though!
