Did you know the colloquial name for the parasite is Green-banded Broodsac? I didn’t :P. Curiosities aside, we had plans to add a very light version of it, without the “body horror” aspects of some known artists (not judging, however the more extreme representations of the parasite are not our cup of tea), but with the shortening for the last versions we dropped a lot of things.
Currently I can’t say if this will stay dropped or if we’ll find the time to include it as well.
I don't have a very solid idea, but on the map menu there could be a question mark button that when pressed highlights areas that still have more into them. But as an extra, there could be a new service on the shop, "Hint", for X amount of money you get a clue on how to get the thingd you're still missing (scenes,areas, etc), something like for example "have you seen the flower field newt to the jungle? They're pretty you should check them out",

Or something more simple like a to do list in which appears some help (not directly saying you what to do) by spending objects that don't have many uses(only getting hints of the places you have available at the moment). If you've already gotten everything instead of a hint you would get a thing writen by you (maybe multiple). something like "gueass who's the clown that just wasted some materials" or "you know that you already have everything, right?".

I can tell you that unfortunately, we won’t have futa or any physical changes that incur visual updates on portraits and scenes, since these are not priorities for use on the last versions due to budget limits and amount of work necessary. We will try to make these kind of changes doable via modding, so anyone can add such features if they intend :).
I’m still not sure at the moment what the limitations of modding will be however.
could it be possible that you can have Leah be different skin with hair color options at the beginning and chest size options.?
can we have the insects go for her chest too for target to suck, rubs and so on?
can we have Leah be total nude too, not just exposing her chest?
can we have something with Leah and Rumia lesbian and stuff with Leah with Coku?
with Leah can we remove the redness at a point of Lust, Lewdness, births or H events ?

For your second question, it really depends, because languages are provided by volunteers that offer their time to do the language translations for their language. As long as people volunteer for a language, we will always try to add it, so it really depends on if people from all languages come to translate the game :P.
Hello Eroism, this idea came to me after i've played other games with monster pregnancy mechanic :
1. Leah can actually get pregnant (through fertilization) instead of her just being an incubator for insects to lay and hatch eggs inside her body why not have her get fertilized by some creatures.
2. Leah can get pregnant by Oniku and be able to raise her child (like breastfeeding or etc) .
3. A slug or worm can infect Leah’s rectum and become a parasite.
4. Safe days and risky days for Leah to get or prevent pregnancy.
