Fun and simple game, love the artwork, but using 12 and 3 with WASD was a bit unfomfortable for me
So the best meta I found was to constantly spam 1 + 3 and run around in circles haha. I like that there was no cooldown, just spam it if you want. Aiming bombs at specific enemies proved to be less fruitful :D
Great submission! I really loved the vibe of this game. The artwork is fantastic and the music is amazing! Just a small tip for the music would be to have it loop in the background after game over so that when you start a new game it doesn't start from the start again. The track is so good and the development is great but most players will only hear the first 30 - 40 seconds, which is a shame!
Overall a very enjoyable game that fits the brief very well!
It feels good each time I correctly calculate the bomb placement and kill a bunch of enemies. I liked the artwork and sound effects on this game too. One complaint I do have is that it gets difficult pretty fast. Maybe have the yellow guys appear later?
Overall, I still had fun playing it!

Simple, but fun! The art is charming, and the music and sound effects complement it very well.
My only suggestion would be to remap the controls. I personally think the game would feel more comfortable if movement was handled with the left hand (WASD + Spacebar), while all attacks were controlled with the right hand on the keyboard.

Fun game! I really like the artwork and music with the retro vibe! Personally I find the controls for placing bombs a bit unintuitive when I'm moving fast and then want to quickly place a bomb and then switch from WASD to 123, but other than that solid game. Great work :)
