I love these types of organisation games, and adding a time limit and loads of different characters seems like a really cool idea! I think a slightly bigger grid would help with some more diversity and strategy, but a great start for a game jam game!
thank you so much! I really put effort into it! I thought about bigger grid, but I think the restriction of a small grid is part of what makes decisions harder ;)
I really loved the concept, it's a very unique take. The core idea is quite fun and but it is quite hectic lol. The art is really nice! My only suggestion would be to add a short tutorial before throwing the player into the hectic countdown, cuz it took me a little while to understand what was going on. Other than that, I had a great time. Nice job!

Need a little bit work with sfx cause some of them really loud. Concept is good, hope there'll be some animations of drags units.
