Hi, sorry for the late reply. I was waiting for the rest of the stores to review the app, and it seems that the only one that had a problem was Amazon Appstore. Inspecting the APK with Android Studio shows a folder for Tapjoy (and many other ad networks) under classes3.dex that wasn't there in the previous version of my app. Either way, the app got accepted by the important ones, so no major problem there.
