I really enjoy the game! The mechanics are good, and the gameplay loop for this is really nice. I really enjoy the mechanic of how the different plant types behave with each other, the ludonarrative potential in there is just great.
I do think the UI could be improved. It took me a hot second to see the text on the bottom corners of the screen. In general I think a tutorial or info screen would just be nice to help explain the game a little. The rotation is little jarring right now but definitely serviceable.
I think very solid base here that you could choose to either polish and refine or add more to, either way I think you'll see good results.
