I see on the manual page that this was designed for mobile. It does not display properly on desktop. When I started the game the first row of buttons, starting with Swap Turn, had the bottom 1/3 cut off. I initially thought that was going to be the bottom and it was a slight issue. Adjusting the window size did not do much to fix things. I had to reduce the window width to very small before it started to scale. I used the browser's developer tools to go into mobile view, and that showed me that there was a lot more not shown in the desktop mode. I resized the mobile display until it looked like everything that should be displayed was. Then I clicked on one of the tiles with more stats and had to readjust again as it became taller and some elements got pushed off screen. As I tried to figure the game out I kept going back to the manual page, so I tiled the game and manual tabs side-by-side, and that also worked for making the game display decently.

I tried playing a bit, but it was not making sense to me. I could click on tiles on the game board, giving them a dotted border. Clicking on a button would then make it turn the tile background solidly the goldenrod color, but it did not seem to always do anything. I could get the plus button (Build Infrastructure) to change the displayed balance. There is a goldenrod colored bar at the bottom with a black square. Apparently I can click on it in different places to move the square, and on some tiles it will change numbers, such as for Investment.

It looks like an interesting minimalist game, but I just wasn't able to get figure things out enough. I admit that I am tired right now, so maybe it would make more sense after some rest. I used to play a lot of grand strategy games back when I had the time for them. I have a general feel for things, but feel like I'd need to dedicate a fair bit of time to really learning the game. The manual is also fairly minimalist, which fits with the game, but also makes it a bit harder for new players to pick up the game. It might help to make a video showing some gameplay.
