I really enjoyed how the text adventure formula was built on! The text box feels very Touhou, the pictures of scenes & characters fill the space nicely, and the simple choice options help to engage the player. There's a fun handmade charm to the overall layout.
On top of that, I was surprised by the take on Cirno's personality, as well as by the way that the story pieces together what's been going on via the character interactions. I'll spare the fine details in a public comment, but I would be curious about seeing closer exploration of the other kinds of characters involved in a scenario like this. Otherwise, I greatly enjoyed the variation in the story and how it affected the main character; the combination of darker and lighter notes - combined with the audio & music throughout - added a lot to its impact.
I can tell that you put a lot of incredible work into this. Well done!
