Can someone explain how to convert the beans because I can't figure out what the book is talking about

I got u twin, so there's legacy beans and current beans right, if someone wants Current beans but only has Legacy beans, you count to how many copper it says each coin is worth in copper for legacy beans, then when you have the total, you divide by 2 to get its value in current beans. same with converting current to legacy, expect you multiply the total copper by 2 to get its value in legacy beans.
