Question in title :)

Host(+3)

Nope. No changes during judging. Afterward you're free to though.

My page shows as having been updated on the 1st, which is when I messed with the website, but I haven鈥檛 touched my PDF since uploading before the submission deadline (& emailing it to you). Am I legal?

same on this

Oh no... I missed this post! I fixed some typos and the map's bg color for better readability. Is there any way to fix this — like reuploading the initial version? (I kept version 1.0.). I wouldn't want to be left out because of this silly mistake 馃檹馃徏

Host(+5)

Okay, so I'm not going to disqualify you if you did that by mistake but please try not to.

yeah same: I added a map image to the webpage. And I added a forgotten artist credit line to the third party language box on the back page. But I have not touched the main adventure itself.

Hey. I'm so sorry I changed a tag just now because I was curious how itch tagged it in the genre of "Role Playing" and didn't think anything of it so figured I'd comment here about it since I saw this afterward. Sorry for any hassle on this.

Same, just updated the webpage (changed price from donation to 100% free since I don't have paiement setup), but no change to the submission itself (unfortunately, because I have inattention mistakes that make me want to rip my eyes out x) )

for those who changed stuff on their itch page, that鈥檚 fine. The rule is about the PDF itself. The idea here is that we want the module being judged what was handed in at the deadline. The creation timeline is part of the criteria for the contest.

I've updated the text on the game landing page itself for The Chromatic Canyon ONLY to link to the jam. The game has remained untouched. I just wanted to let folks know just in case!

Yeah, I removed some unnecessary text from my project's page, but didn't touch the download files, but it looks like they were edited 2 days ago and they were not.

I'm going to assume that refining the project page itself is not jam-breaking,... but that editing the actual PDF/uploaded product is.

I submitted mine in a rush 4 hours before deadline, and just before I had to run Daggerheart at Gen Con 2026. I had to come back later to make the project page, description, cover image look presentable.

Sorry I just read that and realised I may have infrigued on this rule. Both the 1.0 file (the jam version with typos) and the 1.1 file ( with fixes) are up and available to download. Is that okay ?

This could be avoided in the future by locking uploads after a jam ends. Game pages can be updated as needed but the files themselves can't be changed.
