Glad to help. I was enjoying the game and just kind of went with stream of consciousness, writing things as they came to mind while playing. When I saw how much I had at the end I figured it made sense to break it up into the separate posts.

Yeah, fighting a really powerful boss who has a time limit before they either wipe you out or reset the battle can be unpleasant, and is usually best for an optional side boss, though as a final boss fight can work. The strategy just kind of evolved from how I'd been doing previous fights. The side bits were clearly the easiest targets, and based on previous fights were likely tied to the shield. Taking them out first, but not wasting too much energy on them, seemed obvious. After that, I just went with my previous strategy, adjusting for having used 1 of the specials already. I had intended to replace it by using the Therapeutic Grapple on turn 2, but the way things played out I realized that it was not the best use of my abilities.

I knew I'd read about the Card hover toggle in a devlog, but I couldn't remember which as I was writing this. I had read the devlog when it came out, and forgot to refresh myself on it before playing, as I normally try to do. By the time I was done, the review was so long that I didn't think it needed going back to comment on the devlog itself, though probably should have double checked on that bit. So many great updated games were released this week, and recently before, that all the devlogs kind of blur, and I need to reread them to keep track of what was recent in each game. I've also been slightly distracted, playing games during breaks in a weekend-long livestreamed event, which is part of why it has taken so long to get through reviewing games. I'm only around halfway through the games so far.
