No there not. if you would click on the post Official Announcement (官方公告) and the on the twitter post that LivingSlime posted they gave a detailed step by step of the photoshop file that they made and even explained why their process.
Also, witch hunting artist because you think there using ai is not the answer. Because all it is going to do to make real artist and people who are novice at art stop creating.
