My Beast:
- Original Beast: A Great Wolf
- What Actually Happened: Its enormous skeleton was later discovered
- Its Story Grows: It possesses uncanny intelligence
- Now Everyone "Knows": It devours souls as well as flesh
- The beast comes to represent: Lost civilizations
- Name: The Iron Hide
Overall, I like the tool and think it's interesting. I like how you structure the myth creation piece. I think if you were to add more options, you could expand the "The Story Grows", "Now Everyone Knows" and Name tables to include more options and maybe have players roll twice on the "The Story Grows" and "Now Everyone Knows" tables to bake in the natural tendency to exaggerate the myth. You could even specify that the one roll is true and the other is false.
I do feel like the use case is a little bit limited in long form games, as you'll probably start rolling duplicates after a small number of beasts. I love this as a one shot ideation tool though.
