There are many factors, it's extremely time consuming, it doesn't provide enough value for the time invested as opposed to other features, especially now due to bugs, and it's programmer art meant to be functional first. I don't particularly enjoy drawing either.

You are right that some of them need a rework and that's planned for far future. As for the pooltoy, I intend to keep it because I like it the way it is.

that is all good point maybe you should find volunteers to provide art if you dont like making it. also even for someone who doesnt like making art youre still pretty good

It is a skill that has to be learned much like any other. Regardless, I want this game to be made as much as possible by me alone as that gives me a sense of accomplishment.

well if you say so but dont burn out over it that would be a shame to see this project abandoned. remember to accept help when you need it and stay healthy

I don't plan to abandon it. I plan to support it for years to come. All I am saying is that I'd rather focus on bug fixes first, then new content, and only eventually graphical redesigns for older content.

okay i meant as in dont get burnt out to the point you want to abandon it you should stay healthy i appreciate your game and your responsivenes and think you are probably a good person who doesnt deserve that i know the feeling
