Don't worry, this is the norm. The number of developers who can get by solely on Patreon to replace their full time employment income is very low.
Just slowly finish the two games and once one of them is done (I think MOS likely as things stand), focus on finishing the remaining before transiting to working on one single project and things should be fine.
I like what you are doing with Echoes, something more complex and emotive compared to fast food AVNs like MRD and MOS.
