man, this was fucking great. i have a lot of thoughts and i'm definitely not going to get all of them down in this comment, but i felt like i needed to comment right away after reading this. i love seeing multi-perspective stories threaded with as much care and variety as this. i found all the characters' inner monologues fascinating, not a single dull moment.

jenny was the standout character for me though. i related to a lot of her experiences as someone with asian parents trying to survive a high-stress environment. i remembered thinking 'oh, ga-yeong's attitude reminds me of how i was in highschool', and then jenny went and basically said the same thing. ough.

also, i loved the experience of going from ga-yeong's cyclic, existential mundanity into han-byeol's monologue about the factory and her place as chosen by god. it felt like i'd been flashbanged.

im definitely gonna be thinking about this for a while. there's a lot to this one. well done to everyone.

thank you so much for the kind words!!! in the early drafts i specifically wrote down that i wanted the three of them to have very distinct character voices, which i wasnt quite sure how to do myself. im glad the other writers were able to straighten that out quite a lot for me!

i'm really biased since i like ga-yeong the most, but i really do think her grounded perspective compared to the other two's makes the whole thing sort of Work. glad you like jenny, who balances out the mundanity of ga-yeong and the insanity of han-byeol ^_^

thank you again!!!! :)
