The folding map is a clever and original way to maximise the size of the adventure within the space constraints. Great idea. Nice hand-drawn cartography too.
The overall layout (tri-fold, margins, fonts, headings) works very well and you pack in a lot of text.
The text is quite dense and I found it a little hard to navigate at first. It’s not obvious where to begin, maybe number the headings to guide the reader? Also there are some internal references and context that are not obvious until you read the whole thing through. Perhaps more paragraph breaks/subheadings would help to guide the reader around?
