Hi! and glad you are enjoying the game so far! there is no official Discord server; as for how to get into labs; the Access Token can be bought at either the Enclave or Habitat; but you need augments to reach the necessary reputation to buy it. The Steam Community forums have more detailed help you can get via the user-made guides!
